Key Responsibilities

Field Sales and Doctor Engagement

  • Direct Promotion:

    Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies on a daily basis to effectively promote and detail company products.
  • Relationship Building:

    Conduct meetings with doctors and chemists to clearly explain product benefits, unique features, and clinical advantages.
  • Franchise Development:

    Actively generate new PCD/Franchise leads and build strong, long-term business relationships with partners.
  • Target Achievement:

    Achieve assigned monthly business and franchise acquisition targets.

Market Execution and Reporting

  • Marketing Strategy:

    Execute marketing and brand promotion activities in the assigned territory to boost product awareness.
  • Visibility:

    Ensure optimal product availability and visibility at all relevant retail chemist counters.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Collect competitive market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and marketing activities.
  • Documentation:

    Submit daily call reports and accurately maintain detailed records of all field visits and leads.
  • Events:

    Organize small-scale product demonstrations, Continuous Medical Education (CME) meetings, and local marketing events.

Collaboration

Coordinate effectively with the Onsite Marketing Executive and Sales Head for necessary follow-ups, lead updates, and successful closures.

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Qualification:

    Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience:

    0–3 years of relevant experience in Pharma field marketing or franchise development.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent

    communication and presentation skills

    for product detailing.
  • Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and

    negotiation abilities

    .
  • Good, in-depth knowledge of the local territory and healthcare professional network.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage a territory, and meet challenging field targets.

Other Requirements

  • Mobility:

    Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for extensive field travel.
  • Tools:

    Reliable smartphone with access to professional communication (WhatsApp and email).

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

25,000 to 30,000 per month

(depending on experience)

  • Incentives:

    Attractive monthly incentives based on conversions and sales performance.
  • Reimbursement:

    Field allowances, fuel, and travel reimbursement as per company policy.
  • Growth:

    Training, marketing materials, and defined career growth in the Sales & Marketing Division.
  • Working Hours:

    9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible field hours required).
