Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with a focus on promoting building materials to clients in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and engage with clients who are involved in construction work, including builders, contractors, and construction firms.
• Promote and sell building materials, offering solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify and target new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to help refine marketing strategies.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the building materials or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the building materials market and its products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Marketing or related discipline).
