Job Description

As a City Marketing Executive at this company, your role will involve various responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for corporate partnerships and business development, focusing on identifying, engaging, and onboarding corporate clients to promote SRide as an employee commute solution. Building strong relationships with HR, Admin, CSR, and Sustainability teams will be crucial in integrating carpooling into employee mobility programs. Additionally, managing and growing existing corporate accounts to drive user adoption and recurring engagement will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and onboard corporate clients - Build relationships with HR, Admin, CSR, and Sustainability teams - Present product demos and proposals to senior stakeholders - Manage and grow existing corporate accounts - Plan and execute on-ground campaigns within offices - Collaborate with corporate communication teams - Coordinate with the marketing team for B2B audience messaging - Track and report on partnership performance and usage metrics - Gather feedback to improve value propositions - Share insights on corporate mobility trends and sustainability goals Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2-10 years of experience in corporate partnerships, B2B sales, or enterprise account management - Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Proven track record in building and growing partnerships with large organizations - Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about sustainable mobility - Excellent communication and analytical skills In addition to the specific role responsibilities, the company culture is characterized by direct reporting, a collaborative hybrid environment, and data-driven decision-making.
