Experience:
2–5 years in B2B industrial sales, preferably in:

• Chemicals
• FRP & Composites
• Paints & Adhesives
• Plastics / Resins

Education:

• Diploma / Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering preferred (not mandatory).

Location Preference:

• Based in Tamil Nadu
• Willing to travel across South India

Languages:

• Must know English + Tamil
• Hindi is an added advantage

Computer Skills:

• MS Excel
• CRM Tools
• Email & WhatsApp Business
• LinkedIn networking

Personality Traits:

• Persuasive & result-oriented
• Outgoing and good communicator
• Strong relationship-building skills

Salary Range:

• ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
• Plus incentives & travel allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in industrial segments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clients across South India.
• Promote company products in chemicals, FRP, composites, adhesives, paints, plastics, and resin sectors.
• Achieve sales targets and generate consistent business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
