Roles and Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive sales growth. Manage campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, including product development, design, and manufacturing. Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise Marketing. Hire and train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales. Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints. Marketing Manager Working with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
