Job Description

  • Promote and sell residential plots, houses and other real estate properties offered by the company.
  • Generate leads through various channels,- digital platforms, property portals, field visits, telecalling, referrals etc.
  • Conduct site visits with potential customers explain property features and assist in closing the sale.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, follow ups and feedback etc.
  • co-ordinate with legal and documentation teams to assist clients with the sale/purchase process.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inquiries, leads, site visits, and sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
