Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Executive Healthcare Department Department: Healthcare Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Executive who can seamlessly combine digital engagement with direct sales capability. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle trends, who can create engaging content, manage social platforms, and convert incoming customer inquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management & Digital Marketing Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging and informative content aligned with health and lifestyle themes. Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Handle DMs and comments to promote brand trust and initiate service discussions. 2. Lead Conversion & Sales Receive and respond to incoming calls from prospects and existing clients. Understand client needs and effectively explain services/products. Convert incoming inquiries into sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge. Maintain follow-up with leads for nurturing and closing. 3. Campaigns & Promotions Plan and execute seasonal promotions, wellness campaigns, and referral programs. Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, medical advisors) to ensure campaign alignment. 4. Brand Building Promote brand awareness through strategic content and influencer collaboration. Identify market trends and competitor activity for ongoing improvement. 5. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on lead conversion and engagement metrics. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 13 years of experience in social media marketing and sales, preferably in healthcare/wellness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written). Ability to handle client calls and drive sales confidently. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, etc. Creative mindset with an eye for design and digital trends. Knowledge of health and lifestyle services is a strong advantage. Preferred Attributes: Self-motivated and result-oriented. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Empathetic listener with customer-first thinking. Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
