We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. Job Description :

• Conduct site investigations to ensure feasibility of proposed projects
• Create detailed blueprints, specifications, and cost estimates for proposed projects
• Ensure that all construction complies with building codes and regulations
• Manage and oversee the work of other professionals, such as architects and construction workers
• Investigate and analyze problems, developing appropriate solutions
• Review project documents for completeness and accuracy before construction begins
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with client requirements
• Provide technical expertise and advice to the team as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing platforms).
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and content management platforms (eg., Zoho Books)
