As a Category Growth & Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for designing and driving growth plans for all categories. Your role will require a blend of strategic thinking, marketing creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business impact. Your responsibilities will include building annual category growth plans, breaking them down into quarterly and monthly execution roadmaps. You will need to understand consumers for each category, generate insights to acquire new users, and grow segments. Additionally, you will develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with e-commerce and marketing teams, owning the user journey both onsite and offsite by working closely with site and creative teams. In this role, you will identify category drivers, create consumer-first plans, and champion deep category understanding. You will also be responsible for launching 360 campaigns for key brands, including import and global store brands. Your ability to translate trends, brand priorities, and business intelligence into actionable plans will be crucial for success. We are looking for a first-principles thinker with a creative problem-solving mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. You should have proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills, along with excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. As a self-starter, you should be able to spot opportunities for growth and category development, and as a relationship builder, thrive in collaborative environments. The preferred background for this role includes brand building experience in FMCG or e-commerce, exposure to commercial planning or site merchandising, and at least 5-8 years of experience in marketing, category growth, or strategy roles. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design digital assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Create static and motion graphics, reels, infographics, banners, posters, and presentations. Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and platforms. Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to create visually appealing campaigns. Develop creatives for festivals, events, product launches, and announcements. Social Media Management Develop, schedule, and manage daily posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Build and execute a content calendar in alignment with marketing goals. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and increase brand reach organically. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance engagement. Analyze performance metrics and create monthly performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Manager. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic knowledge), or similar. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools (like Buffer or Hootsuite), and analytics. Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management. Bachelors degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or related field preferred. Preferred Attributes Experience working with brands or agencies. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Basic video editing skills. Understanding of SEO and paid promotions (bonus).
