Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design digital assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Create static and motion graphics, reels, infographics, banners, posters, and presentations. Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and platforms. Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to create visually appealing campaigns. Develop creatives for festivals, events, product launches, and announcements. Social Media Management Develop, schedule, and manage daily posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Build and execute a content calendar in alignment with marketing goals. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and increase brand reach organically. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance engagement. Analyze performance metrics and create monthly performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Manager. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic knowledge), or similar. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools (like Buffer or Hootsuite), and analytics. Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management. Bachelors degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or related field preferred. Preferred Attributes Experience working with brands or agencies. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Basic video editing skills. Understanding of SEO and paid promotions (bonus).
