Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the execution, coordination, and reporting of marketing activities across all five VGP brands — VGP Universal Kingdom, VGP Marine Kingdom, VGP Cyber Kingdom, VGP Playy Kingdom, SeaThru Diner Restaurent and VGP Waghoba. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and creative, with strong communication skills and hands-on experience managing ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns in the entertainment or leisure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute ATL & BTL marketing activities, ensuring timely rollout and alignment with brand objectives.

Support in budget planning, reporting, and performance tracking for all marketing initiatives.

Liaise with creative and digital marketing agencies for campaign development, content creation, and media planning.

Manage influencer collaborations and ensure effective social media amplification.

Assist in conceptualizing creative marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive footfall and brand engagement.

Coordinate across internal teams for approvals, artwork releases, and marketing material distribution.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.

Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or execution, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or leisure sectors.

Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Basic communication proficiency in English and Tamil.

Exposure to creative ideation and campaign execution.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of digital marketing tools. Other designing software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or video editing software handling experience will be considered as an added value.

Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple brand activities simultaneously.

Additional Information:

Remuneration: ₹25,000 per month

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Reporting to: Head – Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
