Job Description:-
Ensure marketing executives achieve Sales targets through Daily sales Report verification.
Identify variation and update on group Plan outstation tours in order to build relationships with customer, and update customers about the latest product development, offers, accounts statements, and statutory formalities.
Collect Customer feedback forms from marketing executives and ensure details of same are entered and updated in standard format in Excel file and analysis to be presented in MRM.
Resolve marketing executive queries.
Suggestion Meetings with Management, along with the new value-added suggestions for improvement.
