We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused to join our team as a marketing coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting digital marketing activities and maintaining strong client relationships through daily communication and on-site visits. This role combines hands-on digital marketing execution with client-facing responsibilities, ensuring smooth project coordination and high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate directly with clients through phone calls and in-person daily visits to discuss marketing needs, gather requirements, and provide updates. Manage social media content scheduling, performance tracking, and basic engagement activities. Collect client feedback and relay information to internal creative or technical teams. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or client coordination (freshers with good communication skills and basic marketing knowledge may be considered). Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in client handling (via calls and face-to-face meetings). Strong organizational and time-management skills.
