Marketing Automation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and self-driven Automation & AI Implementation Executive to join our team. This role requires someone who can quickly learn from online resources (like YouTube tutorials, product guides, and documentation), understand processes, and implement them in our office systems.

You will play a key role in helping us automate workflows, organize processes, and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand automation processes through videos, guides, and documentation.
• Implement folder structures, workflows, and automation rules as per requirements.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify repetitive tasks and automate them.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain proper documentation of steps, workflows, and updates for future use.
• Research and explore new AI tools or platforms that can improve operations.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any field (BCA/BBA/BA/B.Tech preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn independently.
• Good understanding of computers, folders, and basic software tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, or AI platforms is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
