Marketing Associate (BTL)

About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who love interacting with people, bringing ideas to life, and creating buzz on the ground! As a BTL Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand during on-ground activations, college campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.

You’ll play a key role in promoting our product, engaging potential users, and ensuring every campaign reflects our brand’s energy and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on-ground marketing campaigns, activations, and events across campuses, societies, and communities.
• Promote product awareness by explaining offerings, demonstrating app features, and encouraging sign-ups or participation.
• Engage with users and collect feedback to help improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
• Distribute marketing material (flyers, merchandise, etc.) and maintain proper stock and usage tracking.
• Share daily campaign reports, insights, and photos/videos with the central marketing team.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup, logistics, and brand visibility execution.
• Identify local opportunities for brand tie-ups, events, or community engagement.

Who You Are:

• A college student, fresher, or early professional passionate about marketing, events, and brand building.
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident in approaching and engaging with people.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in execution.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
