· Identify Calendar of events, likely to be conducted at Kerala, Goa, Tamilnadu (Coimbatore, Chennai, Nagercoil etc) by accessing Government Tender sites/ other event sites) for the coming Year and update details onto the P & I events calendar.
· Provide ongoing marketing support and material development for all event initiatives
· Manage and execute events starting with the RFP process, through Client contracting, planning, registration and on-site execution.
· In consultation with the Executive Director, Prepare BOQ along with costs to include Mark up costs (Include Margins), Quotes for the Events and Work Completion Details.
Prepare all tender related documents and have them verified prior to submission

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
