Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be an essential part of the marketing team, contributing to various campaigns and projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity for you to immerse yourself in the dynamic realm of marketing. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential customers across diverse sales channels, comprehending customer requirements to suggest appropriate products or services, and effectively presenting, promoting, and selling products/services with compelling arguments. Negotiating pricing, terms, and finalizing sales agreements will also be part of your role, along with establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers. To excel in this position, you will need to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, compile and share sales reports and forecasts with the management, and stay updated with industry trends and product information. Promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints is crucial, and you will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of advertising sales principles, familiarity with digital marketing strategies, basic copywriting skills, and an understanding of advertising techniques and platforms. This is a full-time position with an expected commitment of 20 hours per week. The schedule includes day, evening, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
