Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Content Creation: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing channels. * Digital Marketing Support: Help manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. * Design & Visuals: Utilize design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create compelling visuals, graphics, and short videos for various platforms. * Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, reporting, and organizing marketing materials. * Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth. * Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. * Performance Tracking: Help track and analyze marketing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role (internship experience is a plus). * Digital Marketing: Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.), and basic SEO. * Design Skills: Proficiency in a design software like Canva. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a significant advantage. * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. * Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. * Team Player: A collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. Bonus Skills (A Plus, but Not Required): * Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress. * Familiarity with marketing automation tools. * Basic video editing skills. * Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
