Marketing Assistant - ATL & BTL

Key Responsibilities:

ATL Activities:

• Assist in coordinating ATL campaigns such as print ads, radio, outdoor, and digital branding
• Support in media planning, campaign tracking, and basic reporting
• Coordinate with creative agencies and media vendors

BTL Activities:

• Support execution of in-store promotions, events, activations, roadshows, and branding
• Coordinate POSM requirements (banners, standees, leaflets, posters, etc.)
• Assist showroom teams for local marketing and promotional activities

General Marketing Support:

• Maintain marketing activity trackers and reports
• Support campaign execution timelines and follow-ups
• Assist in vendor coordination and basic budget tracking
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing (ATL / BTL exposure is a plus)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts
• Ability to work in the field and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting
