As we grow, we&aposre looking for a sharp and motivated Marketing Intern to join us on this journey.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Marketing Intern:

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
• Research startup trends and help position Fordsmen around relevant conversations
• Support outreach campaigns to founders, student communities, and partner pages
• Contribute ideas to our media campaigns
• Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize future posts
• Work closely with the founding team on brand-building and storytelling initiatives

2.Basic Public Relations duties(PR):

• Support outreach to founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
• Help manage Fordsmens external voice in both official and conversational formats
• Track coverage and coordinate follow-ups with featured startups and press

Who You Are:

• A student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Passionate about startups, branding, and digital strategy
• Active on LinkedIn or familiar with social trends
• Confident with Canva, Notion, or basic editing tools (compulsory)
• Organized, proactive, and excited to work in a founder-led, early-stage team

Bonus Points If You:

• Have your own startup idea or have been part of college fests / e-cells / clubs
• Understand the startup-investor ecosystem
• Have created content or managed social handles before
