Chills Ice Creams, a rapidly growing ice cream brand, is looking for an experienced Marketing & Accounts Head to lead our Sales, Marketing, and Accounting operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development & Expansion
• Achieve and Monitor Sales Targets
• Hiring, Managing, and Maintaining the Delivery & Sales Team
• Managing Accounting & Sundry Debtors
• Maintaining Key Accounts & Relationships
• Supervising Despatch Activities
• Monitoring and Controlling Expenses
• Distributor and Retailer Development
• Leading the entire gamut of Sales and Marketing Activities

>> Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Accounting Software)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
