Join our founding team as we redefine the future of marketing. Role Description As one of our first technical hires, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our core product from the ground up. Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and deploying the machine learning models and algorithms that power Market Think AI. You will work extensively with natural language processing (NLP) to extract insights from vast datasets, build predictive models for market trends, and architect scalable data pipelines. You will collaborate directly with the co-founders to translate our vision into a tangible, game-changing product and stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for tasks such as trend analysis, sentiment analysis, and market opportunity identification. Develop and maintain robust data processing pipelines. Implement NLP techniques to analyze unstructured data from social media, news articles, and market reports. Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data collection and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with the founding team to define product features and technical roadmap. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Qualifications Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Specialist, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Python and common data science/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Deep understanding and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Demonstrable experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including work with transformers, topic modeling, and sentiment analysis (e.g., using Hugging Face, spaCy). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. A true passion for innovation and building products from scratch.
