1. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Project evaluation: Support the Economic Zone teams at head office, region, business unit in the pre-evaluation and evaluation of economic zone projects, namely with respect to commercial evaluation. Prepare concept notes for new projects post pre-evaluation of these new projects. Market intelligence: Prepare monthly market intelligence reports which will provide relevant information capable of impacting our economic zone projects. Project updates: Liaise with regional and BU teams to obtain regular updates on the progress of projects under evaluation and/or under execution. Prepare monthly project update reports. Standard Processes Contribute towards the implementation of new standard policies for the identification, evaluation of economic zone projects Commercial: Ensure that each EZ project has a standard commercial presentation Contribute on a case by case basis, in the preparation of commercial presentations for specific customers. OTHER Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies Perform other related duties as assigned 2. KEY DELIVERABLES Pre-evaluation, concept notes for new projects under evaluation Market intelligence reports on new opportunities and on competitive landscape Monthly project updates and project monitoring Review of existing and development of new standard processes for evaluation of new projects Commercialisation and customer acquisition on case by case basis 3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Bachelors degree from a reputed university in any one of the following fields: economics, business administration, finance. Minimum of 5 years experience, with at least 3 years in the fields of industrial advisory and consulting. Good understanding of economic and trade development, investment promotion strategies, investment and trade facilitation is an advantage. Proven strong project management, preparation of market study reports and presentations are requirement for this position.
