As an IT Talent Scout/Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Middle East, your role will involve providing support to account managers and the business development team in the recruitment process. You will be responsible for reviewing and developing the recruitment process, submitting periodic reports, and making recommendations to enhance different areas of the function. **Key Responsibilities:** - Overseeing the recruitment pipeline and being the primary point of contact for candidates - Scoping new roles and developing interview loops in collaboration with hiring managers - Sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for permanent and direct-hire opportunities - Developing and implementing effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates - Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement - Building, growing, and owning your desk within high-demand sectors such as finance, tech, life sciences, or engineering - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies - Managing end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation - Sourcing, identifying, and engaging potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals - Evaluating resumes, conducting initial screenings, and performing thorough interviews to assess candidates" technical skills, experience, and cultural fit - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process - Identifying and developing talent in high-end technology roles like ICT/Cybersecurity domain for technical positions - Marketing services and candidates to fulfill talent needs within the technology vertical - Negotiating salary with potential new hires based on position requirements - Prospecting local businesses, involvement with local networking groups, in-person meetings, and interviews **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles - In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends - Commercial mindset and natural drive for business development and client management - Proven work experience as a Recruiter in high-end technology roles If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications, please click the APPLY NOW button for immediate employment consideration.
