Role & responsibilities :- Devise sales and marketing strategies and drive sales and marketing target for the organization Lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue Stay abreast of progress and new developments in the chemical industry and ensure Guljag capitalises on such opportunities for expansions and penetration in domestic and international market Manage and deliver the relevant budgets Monitor the team, track their performances and provide regular feedback Monitors the development of the businesss product from its conceptualization through to its testing and launch Design and ensure implementation of the branding, positioning and pricing strategies Monitor competition and their organization movements with regards to new developments, price changes, new products introduced, etc. Establish and adjust product prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand Participate in the formulation of the Business Plan of the company Identify opportunities to expand the geographies and industries thereby expanding market share Formulate and align Sales & Marketing Plan on the basis of Annual Business Plan Represent company at various business forums to promote products and increase brand recognition & presence in the market Preferred candidate profile - Experienced in handling industrial & speciality chemicals. Localite from Rajasthan & Mumbai preferred.
