In this role, you will be responsible for various accountabilities: - Utilize strategies such as gamification, empowerment, and trust to develop and motivate team members effectively. - Create a comprehensive rewards system to incentivize team members, ensuring their enthusiasm and dedication towards their work. - Provide training to team members on customer service strategies and ensure follow-up on all outbound calls. - Collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short and long-term goals. - Engage with existing and potential clients, including investors, retailers, and individuals of high net worth, keeping them informed about the latest developments and involving them in future projects. - Focus on maximizing revenue generation, closing leads, and providing pre and post-sales services for long-term wealth retention. - Conduct market studies, analyze competitors" activities, and develop counter strategies. - Act as a liaison between customers and the company to provide timely updates on services, pricing, and new product launches. - Expand and maintain a strong customer base to drive business growth.
