Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Mutual Fund Sales / Client Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition and foster long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mutual fund products and a passion for delivering excellent client service while consistently achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients interested in mutual fund investments. Relationship Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial goals and providing suitable solutions. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business development targets. Client Servicing: Deliver prompt and professional support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to provide informed advice to clients. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and post-sales service delivery. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in mutual fund sales, client servicing, or a similar role in the banking or financial services domain . In-depth knowledge of mutual fund products , investment instruments, and financial markets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets . Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Certification in mutual funds (such as NISM Series V-A ) is preferred.
