As a member of the Product Management team within the Value Acceleration Process, you will be responsible for developing and executing operational and pricing strategies for the Specialty portfolio to ensure product management efficiency and market competitiveness. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring demand planning effectiveness, implementing optimal pricing strategies, coordinating new product launches with relevant stakeholders, resolving daily operational issues while maintaining process efficiency, analyzing key performance indicators and preparing business insights reports, collaborating with supply planners and sourcing teams for product prioritization, tracking Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) and providing support for financial decision-making, creating presentations for Board meetings to showcase specialty product performance and strategic initiatives, and acting as a liaison between the principal and subsidiary. The ideal candidate for this role would possess a degree in MBA/CA/BE Chemical with a specialization in Finance & Operations/Business Commercials, along with 4 to 10 years of experience in pricing & operations within the chemical industry, specifically in the Personal Care segment. Key competencies required for this position include financial acumen, ability to navigate ambiguity, timely decision-making skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, influential communication abilities, a strong sense of ownership, and self-driven motivation.
