The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that aids users in understanding our products and services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can simplify complex information and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and clarify requirements. Create engaging and informative content that simplifies complex technical concepts for various audiences. Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure accuracy and clarity. Utilize various tools and software for documentation creation, management, and version control. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or content development in a tech environment. Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into easily understandable content. Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
