Responsibilities: Set up and operate Trumpf CNC laser cutting or bending machines. Load and unload materials, and select appropriate tooling. Monitor machine operations, ensuring part quality and adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Trumpf equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments. Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Operator, with significant experience on Trumpf machines (e.g., TruLaser, TruBend). Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficient in using precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
