Planning & Preparation Crew Change Operations & Compliance Overseeing senior and junior rank rotations onboard oil and chemical tanker vessels. Ensuring compliance with Oil MajorMatrix and charterer/owner requirements. Shortlisting senior officers and obtaining necessary approvals. Managing crew change operations and ensuring timely relief. Keep records of all necessary training courses per individual seafarer required and communicate accordingly with the participants to attend the course(s).Reporting P&I cases and assisting with medical sign-offs. Perform all the administrative tasks and provide support to the department members for the efficient and well organised execution of recruitment plan. Prepare the required documentation to enable the timely travelling of crew to vessels. Monitor the accurate execution of all travelling operations and inform the FPD Marine Officer of any potential discrepancies. Insert data and records in the Crew PAL Personnel Management System and relevant databases, ensuring continuous coherence with crew changes. Provide guidance and assistance to assigned seafarer candidates contributing towards internal information sharing and coherence.
