We are seeking a highly motivated fresher Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Trainee Electrical Engineer. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to acquire hands-on experience in electrical system design, CAD drafting, site supervision, and project execution within a professional engineering setting. As a Trainee Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and contribute to the successful delivery of various electrical projects, including solar photovoltaic (PV) and marine systems. Your key responsibilities will include providing Electrical Design Support by assisting in designing low-tension (LT) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical systems up to 150 kW and generators up to 150 kVA under senior guidance. Additionally, you will be involved in CAD Drawing Preparation, supporting the creation and modification of electrical drawings using AutoCAD while ensuring compliance with Indian Register of Shipping (IRS) standards. You will also participate in Site Assistance by accompanying senior engineers on site visits to observe and assist in the supervision of electrical installations and commissioning activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for Technical Documentation, helping prepare, organize, and submit drawings and documentation required for internal and external approvals. In addition, you will assist in Troubleshooting minor technical issues to ensure smooth project progress and familiarize yourself with project-specific electrical equipment to support in their selection and specification review. Moreover, you will be expected to uphold Safety and Standards Compliance by understanding and applying relevant safety codes, Indian standards, and project requirements in all assigned tasks. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) and have a basic understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Indian electrical codes and practices is desirable. Problem-Solving Skills are essential, as you will be required to approach challenges with a learning mindset and assist in developing practical solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial for this position.
