Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Representative, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our software solutions to potential clients. Responsibilities include identifying and contacting prospective clients, demonstrating software products, providing detailed information about features, and addressing client queries. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales and customer service. Knowledge of Inventory, Accounting, and Digital Payment solutions. Ability to identify and address customer needs effectively. Proficiency in demonstrating software solutions and features. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English and the local language (Gujarati/Hindi).
