The Chartering/Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing chartering activities, vessel operations, and coordinating logistics. Key tasks include liaising with clients and suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role demands strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively handle day-to-day operations and respond to dynamic industry demands. Qualifications Experience in Chartering and Vessel Operations Proficiency in managing logistics and supply chain activities Strong contract negotiation and client liaison skills Ability to ensure regulatory compliance Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to work on-site in Surat Previous experience in the maritime or shipping industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
