Essential Activities 1. Product and Brand Management Coordination of marketing activities related to the assigned portfolio (Ex: Weighing & Dosing, Pulses, etc.) Manage portfolio Positioning, marketing, performance, perceived brand, value proposition. Identify potential growth opportunities, build strategies, aligning resources to execute marketing activities for the assigned portfolio. Define market launch concepts & campaigns in collaboration with the communications department, markets segments, agencies and regional teams. Creation of marketing documentation- Sales presentation, flyers/brochures, white papers, videos, testimonial reports etc. 2. Communication & Promotion Leverage extensive networking channels, including customers and key industry influencers, to develop avenues for furture growth through effective communication plans. Organise and Lead business presence seminars, customer training sessions. Prepare & release commercial & technical newsletters, announcements etc. Drive lead generation activities. 3. Event Management Execute in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, and other customer facing activities. Set and manage event budgets, coordinating processes with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with vendors and third parties to ensure successful event execution. Creation of collateral and digital initiatives in connection with events including campaigns, social media activities and lead capture programs. 4. Market Intelligence and Analytics Collect, analyse, and apply market data to gain insights into market trends, customer behaviours, and overall market dynamics. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry developments. Assess market size and potential growth opportunities, aligning findings with key business outcomes. Identify and evaluate new opportunities within the assigned portfolio. Monitor and evaluate product growth and performance, competitor activities, and overall market conditions. 5. Strategic inputs to product management, product development and portfolio management Provide strategic input to pricing, portfolio management, product life cycle based on market research analytics and market expectations. Preferred candidate profile Lead and coordinate the Marketing communication activities around the assigned product portfolio (equipment, automation, services). Leading the organization of smaller events and supporting in big global events. Responsible for creating the marketing documentation for multiple solutions including presentations, videos and brochures.
