Job Title: Marathi Guruji (Male/Female)

Age Group: Kids aged 3 to 14 years

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Marathi-speaking Guruji (Male/Female) who can teach our children about Indian culture, moral values, discipline, spiritual knowledge, and traditional sanskar (संस्कार) in an engaging and age-appropriate way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular sessions to teach values, discipline, Indian culture, and rituals in simple Marathi.
• Introduce children to moral stories, bhajans, stotras, shlokas, mantras, and simple spiritual practices.
• Help develop positive habits, respect for elders, and cultural pride.
• Celebrate Indian festivals with meaning and explain their importance.
• Build a positive and respectful learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of Indian culture, Hindu traditions, and Marathi scriptures.
• Fluent in Marathi (spoken and written).
• Experience teaching or interacting with children preferred.
• Calm, friendly, and inspiring personality.
• Comfortable with modern teaching methods (audio-visuals, storytelling, etc.)

Timing & Location:

• Flexible: Weekend mornings or weekday evenings (as mutually decided).
