Assist in collecting, cleansing, and transforming data for ERP data migration. Collaborate closely with functional teams such as Finance, HR, SCM, and Retail to comprehend data requirements. Aid in validating and reconciling data between legacy systems and the new ERP. Create and manage data documentation, including data dictionaries and mapping templates. Develop and automate basic reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar. Work alongside ERP consultants, business analysts, and developers to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Take part in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test data and validating test results. Provide support for post-go-live data activities, including monitoring and issue tracking. This is a full-time position with benefits including food and health insurance. The schedule is day shift.,
