We are now looking for a dynamic individual who can support both sales and project execution activities to help us manage growing customer demand and ongoing sites. Role OverviewThe Site & Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, vendors, and the company. The role involves both field sales and project site coordination, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Handle incoming inquiries from WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls. Schedule and attend client meetings, collect site details, and understand requirements. Coordinate with the design team to prepare quotations and proposals. Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion. Visit new leads (homeowners/builders) for initial discussions and basic measurements. Site Coordination Visit project sites regularly to track work progress. Take photos, record updates, and share daily reports with management. Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other workers for execution timelines. Update clients on project status and address on-site concerns. Ensure material deliveries and installations happen as planned. Administrative Support Maintain project documentation and checklists. Handle client payment reminders or follow-ups when required. Support management in maintaining quality and timelines. RequirementsMinimum education: Diploma / Graduate (any discipline). 1–3 years of experience in sales, interiors, or site coordination preferred. Good communication and presentation skills (English + Kannada/Hindi). Must have a two-wheeler for travel within Bangalore. Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp/Google Sheets. Interest in interior design or construction industry is a plus. What We Offer Fixed monthly salary + petrol & mobile allowance. Performance-based incentives for new project conversions.
