1. Drafting Valuation Reports : Prepare detailed valuation reports for properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Work closely with valuation engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure reports meet project requirements. Documentation : Maintain and organize documentation related to valuation reports, including revisions and archives. Compliance : Ensure all reports comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards Qualification-Graduation BE Civil , Diploma Civil , MBA Experience- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
