Function/Craft: Analytics Position Title: Senior Associate Marketing Sciences Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, hands-on, and possess a strong academic background, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine interest in data analytics. This role requires the ability to leverage analytics to present information in a clear and impactful manner that supports fact-based decision-making. This role is based in Pune but will be supporting teams around the world. Responsibilities Accurately assess the effectiveness and performance of paid advertising campaigns by collecting, aggregating, processing, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources, including proprietary agency analytics platforms. Pull data from multiple sources using automated methods; clean and validate data using standard processes and perform regular data quality checks. Support data processes such as ETL (extract, transform, load); write scripts to automate or process data with guidance, leveraging databases to store and harmonize large datasets for analysis. Build analytical models (e.g., marketing mix, brand awareness, marketing attribution ) and perform analysis with minimal guidance, using standard tools and applications with the ability to investigate non standard results. Load models into optimization platforms and run simulations and optimizations as directed. Create and update presentations, analytical dashboards, and simulation tools to support clients and internal teams. Coordinate with internal and external clients for projects and workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution with good degree of independence. Participate in client meetings and present analytical insights to internal teams and stakeholders, communicating complex findings clearly and confidently. Foster a mindset of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiency. Handle ad hoc assignments within the scope of the role; apply technical knowledge and judgment to solve problems in straightforward situations. Document processes and establish best practices. Support multiple projects with complex scope and tight deadlines. Establish relationships with clients and stakeholders and train associates or new joiners in the organizations. Qualification - Required Skills Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, with a focus building statistical models or predictive modelling Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel, including its advanced features Fluency in data management, statistical and optimization languages, ideally one of these: R/SQL/PYTHON Strong knowledge of Statistics and Econometrics (e.g., R-square, MAPE, Hypothesis Testing) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively and simplify complex ideas to peers and senior leaders within agencies and with clients Proven track record of collaborating across teams to deliver actionable insights and enhance client deliverables. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills and open-minded with desire to self-develop and face new challenges Qualifications - Desired Skills Ability to thrive and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment, with the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience in the marketing domain and media measurement, marketing mix and ROI measurement, simulation or optimization Experience with industry tools such as Syndicated Consumer (Simmons, MRI), Syndicated Sales (Nielsen Polk, JD Powers), Media Consumption (Nielsen, Arbitron, Comscore), Paid Media Monitoring (Kantar, AdViews) and Social Media Monitoring (NetBase, Sysomos) Prior project management experience is a plus

POSITION: Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics The Mediabrands Insights team is look for an individual who has an interest in data analysis and econometric modelling. Working across a wide variety of accounts, you will be part of a team that analyses client data and makes media mix recommendations that will increase topline business performance and ROI. This position will work closely with team members across multiple disciplines such as media planning and investment, research, and strategy. Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you will be contributing in various stages of the project, from data gathering and processing, analyzing the data using excel, through to running sophisticated econometrics in our proprietary analysis and optimization software. About the role: The successful candidate in this position will have experience with statistical models, the curiosity to search for new answers to old problems, the desire to be part of a team of data science professionals, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members seamlessly. The media environment is fast-paced and always evolving; we are looking for dynamic candidates who can adapt quickly and enjoys working across a diverse client portfolio.
