As a Manager with 4+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for independently handling Transfer Pricing assignments for clients in Pune. Your role will involve devising global Transfer Pricing Policies, conducting detailed industry analysis, benchmarking analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports. You will also be required to prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Master File and CbCR, as well as Accountants Certificate in Form No. 3CEB. In addition, you will advise clients on transfer pricing planning and strategy, track developments in Transfer Pricing in India and globally, and represent clients in assessments and appeals related to Transfer Pricing. Your responsibilities will also include participating in APA process, briefing legal counsel, contributing to Thought Leadership through articles and presentations, and adhering to risk and quality management standards. Furthermore, you will play a key role in business development initiatives, building client relationships, and leading a team. Your focus will be on addressing team issues, fostering team development, and contributing to the firm's technology focus areas.
