As a Lead - Campaign Management at Indegene, you will play a crucial role in developing thought leadership, service portfolio, and solutions in the area of Campaign Operations. Your responsibilities will revolve around creating, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns and strategies for both existing and new clients. Your deep expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms will be instrumental in setting up MAP Operations at scale for Global enterprises. In addition, you will be expected to develop capabilities in new channels such as Social, Search, and Programmatic channels to drive integrated Campaign Operations. Your focus will be on building IPs to address specific challenges in the campaign operations space, thereby gaining a competitive advantage through differentiation. You will also directly own Campaign ops service RFP response solutioning, proposition, and pricing. Furthermore, your role will involve measuring the ROI of all marketing campaigns and activities, utilizing the data to drive informed decisions. You will work closely with the internal team to manage competencies and act as a subject matter expert for project delivery. Your ability to elicit requirements and translate them into technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have experience with email and/or marketing automation software, along with knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) aka ExactTarget. Proficiency in working with Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for Emails, is required. Additionally, hands-on experience with front-end development, SQL, Journey Builder, web service integration, and platform migration projects will be beneficial.
