We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, demonstrating a successful track record in delivering projects effectively. As the Oracle SCM Cloud Lead, your responsibilities will include leading implementation projects from inception to completion. This involves activities such as requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and providing support during the go-live phase. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of Oracle SCM Cloud consultants, offering guidance and support as needed. Collaboration with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, is crucial to ensure project success. Your expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud, encompassing configuration, integration, and customization, will be instrumental in driving project outcomes. Developing project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, identifying and addressing risks, and adhering to project budgets and timelines are essential aspects of this role. Furthermore, maintaining strong relationships with key Oracle SCM Cloud stakeholders is key to fostering project success. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation. A deep understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing & Planning, is required. Experience in managing Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities are also essential. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Possessing an Oracle SCM Cloud certification would be advantageous. This position is for individuals with expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud, offering a full-time employment opportunity located in Chennai/Bangalore. The shift timing for this role is from 5.00 PM IST to 2.30 AM IST.,
