To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, with an advanced degree being preferred. You must have a proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior operations management role within the electronics manufacturing industry. Strong technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies is essential, along with demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
