Manufacturing Production Assistant

IBKUL [i-be-cool] is a leading athleisurewear brand known for its stylish, comfortable, and performance-driven apparel. We are dedicated to creating high-quality, fashion-forward products that cater to individuals who embrace an active lifestyle. We are currently seeking a Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fabric follow-ups and track production and delivery schedules

• Maintain and update costing sheets
• Coordinate and maintain production schedules and timelines with vendors and internal teams
• Liaise and assist with cross-functional needs
• Track fabric deliveries and raw material status with overseas vendors
• Maintain and update costing sheets and assist with price negotiations when needed
• Log and track sample development (lab dips, fit samples, SMS, TOP samples, etc.)
• Coordinate approvals for fabrics, trims, prints, and packaging

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production role
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with overseas production workflows and lead times is preferred
• Experience working with performance fabrics or fashion/apparel brands is preferred
