Manufacturing helper

As a Candle Making Helper in our manufacturing facility located in Indore, you will be a key part of our team, assisting our skilled candle makers in the production of top-quality candles. Your attention to detail and physical capabilities will be instrumental in ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include supporting the candle makers in various tasks such as melting wax, adding fragrances, and pouring the mixture into molds. Monitoring temperature and wax levels, preparing molds, wicks, and other materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, packaging finished candles for distribution and conducting quality control checks will be part of your daily routine. We are looking for individuals with basic knowledge of candle making, although training will be provided to enhance your skills in this area. Physical stamina for standing and lifting tasks is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
