Challenge / Stake Develop the capacity & industrial performance of the shop for the engine maintenance. Improve the financial performance of the shop visit. Objective & mission Pilot the industrialization of the disassy/assy, cleaning, inspection, and repair procedures while complying with safety requirements and quality/cost/TAT objectives.
