Along with that candidate is expected to have knowledge about optimization and continuous improvement of our KUKA-based robotic production lines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial robotics, automation systems, and production line management, especially in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Process Improvement:

   • Continuously analyse production processes for improvements in efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
   • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for automation processes.

     1. Robotic Programming:

        • Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of KUKA robots with other production equipment (PLCs, conveyors, vision systems, etc.).
        • Program, test, and optimize robotic systems and automation equipment to maximize efficiency.
        • Troubleshoot and resolve programming or mechanical issues on the robotic assembly line.

          1. Qualifications:

             • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, or a related field preferred
             • 12-15 years in manufacturing engineering/ robotic automation programming and assembly line supervision (preferably KUKA Robot).
             • Knowledge of KUKA robot programming (KRL), integration with PLCs (Beckhoff PLC), and HMI systems.

                  • Experience with industrial automation systems integration.
                  • Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and MES systems.
