Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Specialist at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for completing assigned manufacturing tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures. Working under the supervision of manufacturing supervisors, you will collaborate with fellow production operators, technicians, and engineers to efficiently complete manufacturing jobs in order to meet department targets and goals. It is essential to possess the ability to read, write, and speak English for this role. Your responsibilities and tasks will include processing raw materials into the final product, accepting job assignments, and adapting to changes as required. You will be responsible for identifying any special customer requests, obtaining necessary materials and tooling, and setting up equipment for product changes. Prioritizing tasks to process products efficiently, managing time effectively, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during setup or processing are also part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be expected to follow company and department policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. This involves identifying and adhering to safety procedures, reporting hazards promptly, and operating equipment within specified guidelines. Additionally, you will participate in on-the-job training, seek feedback to enhance your knowledge and skills, and complete certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and competence.
