You will also be tasked with analyzing and resolving complex customer issues related to data and processes, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the customer lifecycle by closely collaborating with presales, professional services, and support teams. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background with 3-7 years of experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Demand Forecasting. A deep understanding of the Manufacturing Industry is essential for this position. You should have a strong inclination towards the IT/ERP Industry, with the base location for this role being Noida.
