As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing electromechanical components. You will support the full lifecycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, from concept to productization. This includes tasks such as conceptualization, design, CAD modeling, development, and testing/validation. In your role, you will utilize CAD, Creo, and Solid work software to develop basic 3D models and drawings. You will play a crucial role in training and developing junior engineers to enhance their skills in design, analysis, and industry best practices. Organizing workshops or training sessions to promote continuous learning within the team and encouraging innovation and collaboration to achieve project goals will also be part of your duties. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with technical presentation abilities. - Proficiency in designing mechanical/electromechanical components, with experience in the semiconductor industry being advantageous. - Experience in project management and problem-solving while managing time and priorities. - Proficiency in designing medium complex sheet metal structures and creating manufacturing drawings. - Knowledge of thermal hand calculations and basic simulations for heat dissipation solutions. - Familiarity with Engineering Change Management Process, SAP, PLM, TCE, and relevant industry standards.
